RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – WITHDRAWAL

The products offered by our brand are new and come with a warranty against any defect. They are identical to those available in traditional retail stores and are provided by the full range of listed publishers and suppliers.

If, by chance, a product has a defect or does not meet your expectations, you have 15 business days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund. If this fifteen (15) day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it will automatically be extended to the next business day.

To qualify for these options, it is essential to return the products intact, unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, user manuals, and relevant documents included (and, if applicable, in the original cellophane wrap), along with the corresponding invoice. In this context, it is also necessary to provide proof of the defect(s) to customer support, including a detailed description and photos.

In case of a refund request, our brand commits to refunding the full amount paid by the customer, excluding return shipping costs. This refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We guarantee that all refunds will be made within 15 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery returns under any circumstances.
